In 1904, Paul Storck from Soest and Franz Merten from Ascheberg, both
businessmen in their own right, founded a punching and enamelling
company called Merten & Storck. The company headquarters were
then located in Drensteinfurt in Westfalia.
 Since
its founding, the company has steadily expanded and adapted to meet
modern requirements, meeting the demands of the market and keeping
a steady foothold in terms of international competitiveness.
